Shipping is free for orders over € 50,00; for lower amounts in the amount of € 5.00 will be charged.

The transport is carried out with the express courier

ORDER EXECUTION TIMES

Generally shipment is prepared within 3 working days after receipt of payment and then entrust it to the courier. Where a product in the meantime had become unavailable, our Customer Service will contact you promptly.

Once the goods entrusted to the carrier, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking link. From the email receipt, delivery times on Italian territory is approximately 3-5 working days (domestic shipment).

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS

Returns are free: the request must be sent within 14 days from receipt of order.

We reserve the right to refuse the package and / or refund if the following conditions are met:
