GENERAL CONDITIONS

(Referred to in Chapter I, Title 3, Part 3, of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions)

  1. INTRODUCTION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF GENERAL CONDITIONS

FOr foreign shipments will be charged an amount varying according to the country of destination.

5.1 PAYMENT METHODS

5.2 BILLING OF ORDERS

  1. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure into the “Shipping Address” field.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract without any explanation and without penalty, except in cases of exclusion provided for in point IV. In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Bieffe LTD will return to the Customer the Products purchased by charging the same shipping costs.

 

  1. FREE RETURN IN THE EVENT OF EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a condition more favorable for the customer, Bieffe LTD It maintains fully bear the shipping costs for the return of products in case of exercising the right of withdrawal (to be made only with delivery in Italy).
